Delicious hamburgers

Ingredients
- 1kg minced beef or mutton
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Hamburger buns
Method
In a bowl, place the beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together with clean hands.
- Form hamburger patties about 1cm thick.
- Grill or fry for about five minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Top burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and your favourite burger toppings.
