Veggie pasta

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Garlic
- Spices
- Salt and pepper
- Boiling water
- Pasta
- Vegetables of choice
- Optional: grated cheese
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add the onions and garlic, fry until soft and slightly brown.
- Add the salt, pepper and your favourite spices.
- Add the veggies.
- Place water in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Add the pasta; boil for 10-15 minutes – or until soft.
- Drain the pasta.
- Place the pasta on a plate and then top it up with the veggie sauce.
- If you like, add some grated cheese on top.
