Newspapers are a great classroom resource, largely because they are inexpensive, but also because they can be used as the basic material for so many activities.
In this edition we take a closer look at the front page. The front pages is comprised of many different features, including page leaders, a banner, the newspaper’s pay-off line, the main headline, etc.
A headline is the title of a newspaper story and that it must grab the reader’s attention check out this edition of NIE for some fun activities about headlines and various other features of a newspaper.
