The fist issue of 2010 is packed with great letters, giveaways, a new story and number activities.

This issue kicks off with all the wonderful letters sent in from the readers and an awesome Astros giveaway, as well as Rockz Club competitions.

This year the Maths section has become an invaluable numeracy resource that will alternate between the foundation and intermediate phases. Each issue will either consist of a poster or a game. In this issue there’s a game aimed at the foundation phase. The focus of this game is on number concepts.

The first story of the year is called “Stella Gets Stuck” and it is written by Lisa Greenstein and illustrated by Natalie Hinrichsen. The story is all about a girl who love’s round things.
